今天的用餐體驗簡直糟透了！ 因為幾盤肉一直沒上來，在最後加點時又點了一次，結果兩份一起端上。 我詢問是否能退掉，副店長卻氣勢洶洶地過來質問為什麼點多了。 說明情況後，他用又快又大的聲音重複說：「不是我們的責任對吧？是你們的責任對吧？剩下的要賠償你知道嗎？」 我想用翻譯器確認意思時，被一句兇巴巴的「ない！」打斷。 我說：「那我吃掉就好了。」他卻回：「你的用餐時間已經結束，不能再吃！」 我說：「那不是浪費嗎？」副店長竟說：「浪費就浪費了，你不許再吃！」 他一直強調「店裡的規則」和我「作為客人的責任」，交涉十五分鐘後我們被趕出店。 吃燒肉キング很多次了，第一次來清水店，真是徹底失望！

今日の食事体験は本当に最悪でした。 注文した肉がなかなか出てこなかったため、ラストオーダーで再注文したところ、同じ料理が二重で提供されました。 キャンセルできるか尋ねると、副店長が強い口調で「なぜそんなに注文したのか」と詰め寄ってきました。 事情を説明しても、「私たちの責任じゃないですよね？あなたの責任ですよね？残りは賠償になりますよ」と大声で繰り返されました。 翻訳アプリを使いたいと言っても「ない！」と怒鳴られました。 私が「では食べます」と言うと、「もう時間終了だから食べられません」と拒否。 「それはもったいないのでは？」と言うと、「もったいなくてもダメ、食べないで」と言われました。 十五分ほど話しても結局追い出される形に。 焼肉きんぐは何度も利用していますが、清水店は本当にがっかりしました。

Terrible dining experience today! Several meat dishes we ordered didn’t arrive, so we re-ordered them at last call — then both sets came at once. When I asked if we could cancel one, the assistant manager came over aggressively, demanding to know why we ordered “too much.” Even after I explained, he kept shouting in Japanese, “It’s not our fault, right? It’s your responsibility, right? You know you’ll have to pay for it?” When I asked to use a translator app, he snapped, “No!” I said, “Then I’ll just eat it,” but he replied, “Your time is over, you can’t eat anymore!” I said, “That would be a waste,” and he yelled, “Even if it’s a waste, you can’t eat!” He kept insisting it was “the store’s rule” and “my responsibility,” and after 15 minutes of arguing, we were told to leave. I’ve eaten at Yakiniku King many times, but my first visit to the Shimizu branch was a complete disappointment.

오늘 식사 경험은 정말 최악이었습니다. 주문한 고기가 한참 동안 나오지 않아 마지막 주문 시간에 다시 주문했더니, 같은 메뉴가 두 번이나 나왔습니다. 취소할 수 있는지 물어보자 부점장이 거칠게 다가와 왜 그렇게 많이 주문했냐며 따졌습니다. 상황을 설명했지만 그는 큰소리로 “우리 책임이 아니죠? 손님 책임이죠? 남은 건 배상해야 하는 거 아시죠?”를 반복했습니다. 번역기를 사용해 확인하려 하자 “없어(ない)!”라며 화를 냈습니다. 제가 “그럼 그냥 먹을게요”라고 하자, 그는 “식사 시간이 끝났으니 못 먹어요”라고 말했습니다. “그럼 음식이 낭비되잖아요?”라고 하자 “낭비돼도 안 돼요, 먹지 마세요!”라고 소리쳤습니다. 그는 계속 “가게 규칙”과 “손님의 책임”을 강조했고, 약 15분간 실랑이 끝에 결국 쫓겨났습니다. 야키니쿠킹을 여러 번 이용했지만, 시미즈점은...

It was a just okay experience, sadly not living up to the price for me. I felt the quality of the beef was just so-so. There are some items on the menu that were good, but it wasn't that good for me to come back here.

I did like though that they offered cold noodles as a side. It helped cleanse my palate and was refreshing in the midst of all the meat.

Service was also great with them offering to replace the grill many times in one sitting. The orders also come out quite quickly.

If you want unli-yakiniku, then maybe it is worth a try. But personally it's...

Great experience here! For two people, the 80 minutes was just about right. Tho I only tried the different beef dishes, I left full and happy! The order to delivery time wasn't too long. Felt some items, which took just a minute to no longer than five. During my time here, the staff changed the grill mesh 4-5 times. Overall was great, the quality of the meat, price, service, and wait time, which i would recommend reserving beforehand. During my visit, i walked in and waited around 30 minutes...
