Coco's Restaurant — Restaurant in Fukuroi

We chose this place because it was a family dinner. We had our elderly mother with us so we wanted to know approximately how long the wait was as the wait could be up to over an hour and it is too long for an elderly person. Unfortunately, there was zero customer service as the host/hostess has been replaced by a robot. Staff went in and out and totally ignored us. The staff who eventually came 10 mins later was unfortunately inexperienced and I had to talk to him through the curtain of his hair. He had long hair (fringe/bangs) that covered his eyes. 令和5年5月、遊戯王コラボの時に袋井店にて【接客態度】及び【髪の毛混入】があり、その際エリアマネージャーが謝罪しに来て『もう一度チャンスを下さい』と言うので、真意な謝罪もされた事もあり、この件は書き込みしませんでした。

そして今年12月9日14時頃に来店(車とお客の数が合わないほど席は空きまくり)、軽く食事しデザートにバニラアイスを注文(注文時に今すぐ運ぶを選択)30分経過しても来る気配もなく、ホールにスタッフが動き回る事も来店や出てくお客様の対応の会計で３〜４回程。ロボットも動いてる回数は少なく、アイスを待ってる時音楽を聞いたのは2回のみ。流石に店員を呼び出しボタンで呼び出し(呼び出しボタンから約5分後)、アイス注文した事を伝えて持ってこられたアイスは溶けており『流石に変えてください』と言ったところ2分で取り替え。 店員さんからは『お待たせしました』っという言葉も無く、急ぎの用事もあった為、直ぐにお会計し、カスタマーセンターに電話。カスタマーセンターさんでは現場は分からないし、カスタマーセンターさんに当たってしまう形を取りたくないため、店長等の上の立場の人から電話を貰いたい旨を伝え、やっと電話が来たと思ったら初ぱなから言い訳のオンパレード。色々話をして、直接謝罪となったので、袋井店にて次の日の10日15時にお店に伺い話し合い。 その話し合いですら言ってることが2転3転され、此方は『直しますといいますが、どう直すんですか？』と【何度も】聞いているのに同じ事を繰り返し言われ、始終態度も謝罪の態度ではなく【謝罪しとけばいいだろ】という態度を声質や雰囲気から感じ取られ、【お客様を満足させるのが自分の使命です】と入社20年の大ベテラン、ブロックマネージャーの〈山本 ...
