For many years, the proprietor was sushi chef at Fukushima Medical University's hospital cafeteria. In that role, he was modestly paid, but found his life's work bringing culinary pleasure to likewise modestly paid employees, patients, and families. My school-age nieces enjoyed coming to the hospital cafeteria for "Sushi Saturday." Prefectural rules include a mandatory retirement age, after which Mr. Ohashi, ever devoted to his art, converted the lower level of his home to this small sushi restaurant. 6月29日に初めて訪問？しました🎵 場所は少し分かりにくいですが駐車場もあるので１回行けばすぐに覚えられます❗ 席は椅子席４人座り、椅子席２人座り、座敷4人席が3つかな？あとはカウンターセキュリティが3人から4人座れる感じかな。

お昼に伺ったのでランチを注文🌟 おしぼり、お茶がでてきて５分くらいたったら季節の山菜を使った前菜、味噌汁がでてきました‼️どれも美味しい😋 次はメインのお寿司、お吸い物が運ばれてきました😋シャリがほんのり温かいのと口に入れるとフワッっとほぐれる🎶ウマイ‼️ 私はワサビが苦手でツーンと何度もきましたが・・・でも美味しかったです😆 最後にデザートもついてきて満足💕 これで1250円は安い！ ごちそうさまで...
