JR福島駅から少し歩き、中央通り沿いにある「丸信ラーメン」福島店さん。深夜0時過ぎの訪問でしたが、呑んだ〆に食事してるお客さんがチラホラ。 さっそくメニューを見つつ、チャーシューメンと餃子、それから瓶ビールを注文しました。 まずは瓶ビールで喉を潤していると、熱々の餃子が到着です。餃子は皮薄めですがもっちり感あり、キャベツと豚ひき肉の餡はたっぷりでボリューム満点！ニンニクが効いてるところが嬉しいです。旨し。 続いてチャーシューメンが着丼！具材はネギメンマ、チャーシューのシンプルなタイプ。そうそう、夜のラーメンはこういうヤツでいいんですよ。 スープは鶏ガラベースで醤油がガツン！としつつ、後味スッキリで好みのタイプ。麺は喜多方ラーメンのような平打ち縮れ麺で、もちもちしていて旨いですねー。胡椒をかけるとジャンク感アップ！ 半分食べたところでおろしニンニクを投入してみると、これまたさらに好きな味に早変わり！このスープだけでビール飲めちゃう。 ラーメンも餃子も安定して旨いし、深夜まで営業してるので、締めのラーメンにはピッタリですね！ごちそうさまでした。
