Fumiya — Restaurant in Fukushima Prefecture

Tried the lunch here and went for the japanese beef rump steak and hamburg 100g each lunch. Lunch comes with salad, soup, rice, dessert (soft serve) and coffee or tea. The steak is cooked to medium well. A bit chewy but more because of the cut. I feel it contains the right amount of fat that it’s not too dry nor too oily. The Hamburg is as per advertised.. juicy! Comes rite good serving of vegetables cooked on hot plate.

Their other menu looks delicious too expectantly the ramen in hot stone.

All places we attempted to go for lunch in Fukushima (gyoza, soba) were full and this came up as one of the last alternatives. Must say it was good, as the meat was decent and sizes big enough, with soup and ice cream in the end. The place is not big at all and there’s only one person working, so it can take some time...

ランチで食うポン利用〜

［2023秋の月見　福島牛肉汁ハンバーグ］！

1年以上前からずっと行ってみたくて タイミングがなかなか合わず 念願叶って、やっと来店！

R13を超えてパセオ通り沿いの パセナカMisse建物の2階にある。

店内入り口に、のぼりから ソフトクリーム機やら、雑多に いろいろな物がわちゃわちゃで 改装でもしてるのか？と少し気になる（笑）

入り口横に、小さな発券機があって 操作して発券すると、順番を待つ番号が 記載されたレシートのような紙が出る。

店内はテーブル席数席と カウンター席の構成で、決して広くはないが お昼少し前で満員御礼！

冊子持参したので 『クーポンランチでよろしいですか？』と 話が早くて、オーダースムーズ。

お水と、ランチ食後のコーヒー、お茶はセルフ。

最初に、サラダとスープがきて スープを飲むと！ 美味しいっ！！

コンソメベースのスープなんだけど お野菜が細かくたくさん入ってて 野菜の甘さとコンソメのバランスが スゴくいい！　この味、好みだわ〜

オーダーを受けてからハンバーグは 成形して焼くようで しばらくして、鉄板で焼いていた メインのハンバーグと、ご飯が配膳。

ご飯は…足りるかなぁ？と思うほど 自身には少なめ（笑） (他の方のご飯が器同様で 山盛りになってるご飯があったので 言えば、大盛りにできるのかも？)

メインのハンバーグは、120g(推定)だろうか？ こぶりサイズで、ふっくら高さがある。

さすが牛ハンバーグだけあって 肉質やわらかく、牛特有の甘みで旨い。 かかっている和風テイストソースが また、美味っ！

食後にソフトクリームの クリームだけのやつ(コーンなし)を 出してくれて、『コーヒーをあちらから どうぞ』と勧めてくれる。

マスターが1人で 切り盛りしているようで、常に忙しそう。
