Today my memory 9 years ago pop up on my FB I have visited this bar , I remember it is in the forest. Outside has Nice environment surrounding full with oxygen trees 🌳🌳 there is good music good cocktails and snacks I had 3-4 drinks and go back to hotel so happy Today I’m thinking it long ago. so I searched and found it. I hope to visit again. Soh’Bar

For views, service and atmosphere, it doesn’t get any better than this. Was slightly disappointed in the small selection of Japanese whiskeys on offer (five, however they are all top quality) but they know how to make a great Manhattan so I’m gonna let it slide!

Wonderful bar in the middle of the woods - literally. Super nice ambience, great selection of drinks and cigars. Small but nice food menu. Impeccable service. The light forest to be seen behind the bar is just a great idea.

The bar is in the middle of the woods. We walked from the Hotel, which took about 10mins. The place is cozy, and warm. The food was okay, but a bit disappointed that they didnt offer much choice of whisky or cocktail.

以為會有熊跑出來的林中酒吧。 來富良野滑雪，很多人會入住新王子飯店，是個非常方便的選擇。而這裡有許多圍繞日本作家倉本聰的元素，包含這家由他設計的 Soh's Bar；雖然我根本不知道他是誰，但值得一探。 Hotel bar 卻不在飯店內，而是需要在雪中漫步 10 分鐘，沿路的積雪、針葉林、昏暗路燈，讓人不禁懷疑會不會有其他生物在一旁相伴。看到石頭砌成的酒吧時，還是非常驚艷於它的獨特。 酒吧不大，昏暗的燈光跟石頭牆面散發出一種低調溫馨的氛圍，不過最美的大概還是吧台後方大面窗看出去，月光灑在雪地上的景色。但由於這裡算是個雪茄酒吧，室內開放抽煙，對煙味比較敏感的人或許稍微要注意下。 酒的選擇滿單純，建議點經典就好，因為唯一的 signature 優しい時間 (Time of Forest) 比較偏妹酒：以白葡萄酒為底、加入抹茶利口酒，有些一般所以若非想試試看 signature 可以跳過。 倒是由 Rusty Nail twist 的 Rusty Pen，據傳是倉本聰最喜歡的一杯酒，把 scotch 換成 bourbon 後，整杯的玉米及穀物甜更加飽滿，反而有了點麥芽糖氣味。另外 Gimlet 屬於稍微比較 dry 的路線，酒感明顯、中規中矩。 必須說若都喝經典、走安全牌，配上這裡的環境，不僅有包廂還有小小的半開放式沙發座，搭配燈光及窗外的雪景，絕對是個囤積酒精在房間裡喝以外的好選擇。

Love this place to come back after 10 years since last visit. Def. a bar need to visit in Furano! Good whiskey selection, local wine…bar in the forest 🌲🌲🌲
