Showed up on Saturday, but only had a credit card, so I ate elsewhere. However, on Sunday, the place was nearly empty and when requesting omakase and a beer, I was surprised to get plenty of fantastic fish. 地元のお店ですが行ったことがないため、初めてランチで利用しました。 まず、お店は大将と若い男の子、厨房に女性がいらっしゃいました。 フロアは基本的に若い男の子が担当されており、大将も元気で雰囲気は良く、店構えも良く期待しておりました。

しかしながらとにかく米が不味かった。パサパサだし米粒は見た目細長く水分がない？！という感じ。鰻定食を頼みましたが鰻は身は痩せており少し残念な感じです。やはり、鰻は専門店でないとダメですね。

同行者は目光の唐揚げを食べていましたが、美味しそうでした。さすが蒲郡。

ただ、割と良いお値段するにして味が、、、 お米は改善して欲しいなと、、、...
