Good evening, me and my friends are amaze the ambiance of this place, nice decorations so much lights I felt i was in Tokyo hehhe..the foods is delicious,yummy 😀one thing i want you to know for me as a foreigner that we can’t read a Japanese we cannot talk Japanese also.. I have suggestions that please write in English in that machine where we pay and order 🙏😂watashitachi gaikoku hito dakara,nihongo ga yomenai dakara onegai eigo o kakite kudasai.tabemono wa oishiii desu, hito no naka mo yasashi desu.. Their noodles is a bit thick so for people who wanted a thinner noodles, they dont have any option here.

Opted for the MAX RAMEN which is 6 noris, one egg and 3 Chashus

こちら、幸楽苑が撤退し、その系列店他業種が入るかと思いきや同業他社の町田商店がオープンしました。蒲郡では初めてとなる家系ラーメンになります。

３回ほど利用させていただきました。 １回目は家族と、２・３回目は個人で。

１回目全員しょうゆで全部普通で注文。 全員、程度の差こそあれ、脂がくどく、また麺が若干硬いのか粉っぽいのか違和感があり、そして塩気が強すぎるという意見になりました。

その後個人で訪問し、塩の麺柔め・味薄め・脂少なめを注文。かなり食べやすくなりました。 味変用に豆板醤、ニンニク、酢、コショウ、一味唐辛子に生玉ねぎとテーブルに色々とあるのもいい感じです。 もう一度塩（柔薄少）で、唐揚げセットを注文。 感じ方に変わりはなかったので、やはり私にはこれがちょうどいいのでしょう。 唐揚げも美味しかったです。私的にはこちらを目的にしてしまいそうな感じです。 唐揚げとチャーハンだけ注文って・・・ダメですかね？

＝＝＝＝ 完まくする（スープを飲み干す）と約7g程度塩分を取ることになるため、塩分量を気にする方はやめたほうが良いでしょう。

なお、高齢の家族からの評価はもう二度と来ない、でした。接客云々じゃなくて「家系ラーメン」が口に合わない、とのことでした。胡椒を大量にかけてごまかして麺と具だけはなんとか食べてました。
