へそまがりラーメン — Restaurant in Gifu

Gifu is better with Hesomagari Raamen.

They provide Eng menu, free iced water and toilet. Not even mentioning their signature spicy miso ramen. Personally I am a spicy lover and their tantan ramen is so high valued and right to taste- acceptable spicy level and the corns are the perfect match to balance with a little sweetness. The cha siu is tender and in perfect portion.

It is crazy to order Highball at lunch but do consider have one here. They serve with frozen glass and good amount of whisky shots in it. 400 yen sounds reasonable but I would rate this under-priced!

I ordered the special miso ramen(1200 yen) and Fried chicken (450 yen). The noodles were nicely cooked with a good wheat aroma. The soup was thick and tasted good. But the only thing was the Char Siu was a bit salty for me, especially served with a thicken miso soup. The Fried chicken was also nice. Btw they have English menu.
