ラーメンハウス ＹＯＵＹＯＵ — Restaurant in Gifu

Seven of us dropped into Ramen House YOUYOU in Gifu. The staff greeted us right at the door, and the whole place felt like a friend’s living room. We started with their signature Chinese-style ramen. The broth was salty-savory and the noodles had the perfect chew—everyone gave it a thumbs-up. The only downside: the shop was roasting hot, so we were all sweating by the second half of the bowl. The staff noticed and kept refilling our ice water without being asked. Next came the fried rice. Each grain was springy and barely oily—good enough to eat on its own.
