こんなにマズイ沖縄そばは初めて。

2025/2/19の午後2時半に訪問。 入店すると太ったおばさん店員に「メニューはQRコードからお願いします」とぶっきらぼうに言われ、頼もうとするものの、ことごとく売り切れ。2時半だし仕方がないかと、三枚肉そば単品と連れ2人は豆腐チャンプルー定食を注文。先ずは蕎麦が着丼。早速食べようと蕎麦3、4本をつまんで持ち上げると、蕎麦が全て塊で持ち上がる始末。全く湯通しもしていないようでゴワゴワの塊。付け合せ用の紅しょうがを提供されたはいいけど、紅しょうがの入った瓶から摘むものが無い。もういいやと自分が口に入れた割り箸でつまんで入れました。少し遅れて豆腐チャンプルー定食も何故か一つだけ提供される。店員はそのまま知らんぷりなので「豆腐チャンプルー2つなんだけど？」と半ばイラつきながら聞くと忘れていたようでそこから慌てて作り出す始末。QRコードで注文する意味あるのだろうか？ 出てきた豆腐チャンプルー2号は豆腐が冷たく、塩っぱくて食べられたものでは無かったそうです。 まぁ場所柄いちげんの観光客が多めなんだろうが、このレベルで未だに金とって営業できているなんて有り得ない。この界隈に行くくらいならうみちか食堂に行った方が100倍幸せになれる。このマルシェの食堂はどこ...
