雪の中、暖かく迎えてくれました。 料理上手の奥さんの料理は絶品です。 お店は、バーを思わせるカウンターに、掘りごたつもあり子供連れにも喜ばれる雰囲気です。お皿はお父さんが30年かけて収集したこだわりの食器を使っていて、地物の料理がとても美味しく、温かい雰囲気です。 富士山の近くで飲むギネスビールもまた、格別でした。 ナスの炒め物は彩り最高で、味しみしみで最高です、隠し味は取り寄せたスペシャル味噌。 玉ねぎソーセージは、二ノ岡フーズの本物のハムを使って、旨み抜群。 奥さんの撮った写真、富士山の幻の滝も一見の価値あり。 締めの、チャーハンはオニオンの旨みを最高に引き出した一皿でした。 また、ご主人と奥さんに元気を貰いにきます。

Der Abend in diesem netten Lokal war ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes beim Fuji! Es regnete, war kalt und wir waren hungrig nach der Anreise und freuten und auf ein gemütliches Bier. Wir hatten Sorge, dass es ein Problem ist, das wir nicht Japanisch sprechen. Aber es war ein sehr herzlicher und lustiger Abend mit ausgezeichnetem Essen! Obwohl ich mich an manche traditionellen Gerichte vielleicht noch gewöhnen muss,.. es war alles kein Problem! Das Bier war super, die Gastfreundschaft war wunderbar. Trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen hatten wir einen sehr unterhaltsamen Abend. Wir bekamen auch noch einen freundlichen Hinweis, wo in Gotemba die schönsten Bilder vom Fuji gemacht werden können! Dankeschön!! Wir waren zum Sonnenaufgang dort, ganz allein, und machten traumhafte Bilder ohne Wolken!
