Just finishing lunch and wow. Many courses with a lot of food. I love most items and I was very impressed with the tuna. Ravioli, the pasta with oxtail, the chicken and pork entrees were all very good. The dip that had the anchovy paste was a little too strong. The fried fish and green beans were good too however I was eating at same time as the paste which was so strong I had to stop eating it so I could taste other items. Am incredible value for a wonderful Italian food lunch. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate so no view of Mt. Fuji. They gave me a snapshot of the mountain peek so I could use it to imagine lol nice touch! Mishima mango and jelly with small amount of basil was so light and refreshing! Service was excellent. Sublime thoughtful and top notch truly everyone we dealt with from beginning to end! The dessert was an unusual combination with a contrast of sweet and vegetable green. Enjoyed it however it would not be my first choice. Overall this meal was amazing and I had the Fuji speedway hotel book me a few weeks ago. Enjoyed a glass of Spumonte with my lunch which I also enjoyed. They wowed us and we felt for the menu price and upgrades which were the chicken and oxtail pasta we for a terrific value. The piano player with love music was a wonderful addition. The total for 2 with a drink each, two upgrades with tax was ¥24860 which was a steal. We came in spontaneously seeing the beautiful surroundings of the restaurant, wondering about vegetarian and vegan options. The staff fixed us with the appropriate food, which was original and truly delicious, using vegetables and fruits we know, but in a spectacular culinary manner.
