My friends and I had dinner here on 2024.10.25. Frankly, I picked this ramen-ya only because of its location in Miroku Yokocho, as I wanted to experience dining at a few stalls on this alley. Its ratings on Tabelog and RamenDB were not impressive enough to warrant a standalone visit. However, we thoroughly enjoyed their Hachinohe Ramen. It was comfort food at its best, and an excellent way to round up our culinary experience through this alley. The shoyu-based broth was so elegant! Meanwhile, their gyoza was the best we have ever tasted in Japan, and we have been to a few highly-ranked eateries specializing in gyoza, including in Utsunomiya. 『味のめん匠（ショウ）』さん。八戸市の中心街にある屋台村『みろく横丁』の入口付近にある。 今回の注文は基本メニューの「八戸らーめん」。本来は750円のところランチタイムのサービスで600円で頂けた(2024年5月現在の情報です)。 煮干しと鶏ガラをベースにしたあアッサリ味のスープに醤油を合わせた、昔ながらのラーメンの風味を楽しめる一杯。 自家製だという細麺は強いコシがあるのも嬉しいが、ウェーブ(縮れ)が強めなのもポイント。 麺がシッカリとスープを絡めてくれるので、アッサリ味のスープなのに口に入れたときの満足感が高く美味しく頂けるのだ。 またチャーシューやネギ、メンマといった具が、シンプルながらもスープの味を壊さずに良いアクセントを与えている。 八戸にお越しの際には、お試しあれ。
