A lovely little seafood spot in north east Hachinohe! I was recommended this place by a friend. The ramen especially, and the fact that it's seafood ramen. Some of their dishes offer uni (sea urchins). Which is pretty tasty! Walking in, the interior is cute and cozy. If it's not busy, you could have a seat at the tatamis mat area. Service was quick and friendly. Overall dish was delicious. With the broth being nice and light. It was a nice change of pace from ramen in tokyo. Thank you!

I visited on a weekday afternoon during my first trip to Hachinohe, following a local friend’s recommendation. I ordered the uni rice bowl and uni ramen set. The ramen had a nice light salt-based broth and was tasty overall, but the uni flavor wasn’t especially strong. I kind of wished I had more uni in the rice bowl instead! That said, the uni in the rice bowl was absolutely amazing—super fresh with no trace of fishiness, and it just melted in the mouth. Definitely the highlight of the meal. It’s a bit far to visit often, but if I’m ever in the area again, I’d love to come back just for that uni bowl.
