Very relaxing and nice place to hang out with some cats! They are very friendly and the experience was great! Lost two stars because we paid for 1 and a half hours, put on our coats to leave, and the store tried charging us for 2 hours! We were in the cat room for maybe 2 minutes over our time washing our hands and getting ready to leave. Management, be better and charge people only the time they are playing...
