いなせ — Restaurant in Hakodate

All the restaurants in this local market were with very limited seats, but this restaurant was different with proper seating. We reached the restaurant at about 11 am and no queue time needed.

We ordered ankake yakisoba and spicy pork ramen. Serving within 10 minutes upon ordering.

Ankake yakisoba was delicious, but since I already ate the best at otaru, then this ankake yakisoba was below my favourite. But please don't misunderstand that this noodle was poor in taste. In fact, it was quite delicious but just not to my standard. The ingredients were very generous with a lot of seafood. Value for money. 3 stars

We made a terrible mistake when ordering the spicy ramen. We want the red colour soup version but end up we received the clear soup. After the explanation from the owner then we only understood we ordered the spicy pork version, and then the soup was clear. Only if we ordered the spicy chicken ramen, then the soup base will be in red colour. Having said that, the soup was thick, and pork slices were very delicious. 4 stars

It was indeed very satisfying breakfast in a comfortable seating in the market and most importantly value for money below 2000 yen...

自由市場内の麺屋さん　いつも魚介の買い物だけでしたが気になっていたので行ってみました 知る人ぞ知る人気店「麺屋いなせ」さん　朝8時から営業している朝ラーの人気店です 味噌ラーメン　塩ラーメン　海鮮あんかけ焼きそばが人気で餃子も美味しいと評判 市場内にあるため、自由市場で購入した刺身等の持ち込みが可能との事 開店前から少し並んでいて　お客さんのほとんどは地元函館の人達 しかしながら店内は広くキャパがあってお店の前で行列ができる事もそうそう無い そしてココの辛味噌ラーメンがても美味しいそうです 豚骨ベースの「こってり」と昆布と鶏ガラベースの「あっさり」の2種類を選ぶ事ができます

しかしここはイチ推しのあんかけ焼きそばを頂きました　やはり生鮮市場の魚介がたくさん入っていてお値段以上です 本土からの客人用にお土産の仕入れに連れて行くこともあります 直送も場内のヤマト運輸からおくれるので便利ですよ

正直、市場のラーメン屋で観光客目当ての商売をしているのかとあまり期待はせずに入店しました。 塩ラーメンとシーフードチャーハンを頼み、両方が670円(税込)で、安くも高くもない価格だと思いました。 塩ラーメンは麺がやや細目のストレート麺、塩分薄めで素材の味がよくわかります。チャーシューも豚肉の癖はなくてしっかりとアクセントになる塩味が程好く、二枚乗っていたのも有り難かったです。 シーフードチャーハンはネーミングがどうかとは思いましたが、カニかまやカマボコで誤魔化すことなく、海老、ベビーホタテ、ホッキガイ？、カニ等具沢山。味はあまり化学調味料に頼らないシンプルで優しい味で、このクオリティならもう少し高くてもいいと思わせるレベルでした。 星に関しては満点はつけませんが...
