Amazing Tsukemen shop, it’s quite far from the tourist spot. You’ll have to work for one of the top top Tsukemen in town.
The day we went, they only have the classic one available so we didn’t get to taste the shrimp dipping soup.
The noodle was chewy in the best possible way with a hint of wheat note. While the dipping soup is a combination of fish and chicken. They’ve also put a small yuzu zest which gives it that slight tang and citrus aroma to cut through the richness of the soup. Chashu pork was soft but pink in color. Amazing experience! We’ve also order pork rice bowl to go with Tsukemen. Pork bowl comes with wasabi.
