This is a specialty coffee bar. You are served by a kind gentleman who exudes supreme coffee knowledge. His technique stayed exactly the same for every cup of pour over coffee he made. The coffee itself was very fresh with a large bloom and amazingly good taste. I tried a bright bean from Kilimanjaro and loved it. The taste of the bean was of pure coffee. There were no fruity notes and no bitter tastes from the roast, just pure coffee perfection. Usually I like dark coffee because the dark roast covers up the mediocre bean taste but this bean from Kilimanjaro was perfectly roasted to present the pure and simple taste of the bean and it was delicious. I bought some of these Kilimanjaro beans to take home with me and the kind gentleman sent me away with some of his own Kona beans which he roasted himself. From the unique dish ware to the atmosphere, you cannot ask for a better coffee shop and from the gentleman serving the coffee, you cannot ask for a better knowledge and technique. 黒板メニューの「手作りおやつ」が絶品で、紅茶も取り扱うカフェがあると聞いて、お店の扉を開くとジャズが流れ、落ち着いた大人の空間が広がり、バーでもあるようで、お酒の品揃えもよく、少し緊張しながらも、メニューを見ると、紅茶は、ＧＡＴＩオリジナルブレンドとダージリン（ＴＭセレクション高級茶葉使用）の他、チャイがありました。

ＧＡＴＩオリジナルブレンドは、ウバのアールグレイではなく、ウバをベースに、別途、アールグレイをブレンドした紅茶で、アールグレイの茶葉までは不明とのことでしたが、芳香の強いウバに、ベルガモットの香りを足した茶葉をブレンドしているので、目の前に出されると、あまーい香りが立ち込めて、飲んでみると、ほのかにベルガモットの酸味が感じられて、爽やかな１杯でした。

ミルクティーレアチーズケーキは、黒板メニューの手作りおやつで、１番上に♡のチョコがのって、見た目が可愛らしくて、チョコの土台は、クリームチーズ、底にレアチーズケーキ、全体に紅茶のソースがかかり、マスターに聞いたら、紅茶のソースとクリームチーズを合わせているので、ミルクティー風とのことで、思わず、なるほど！と納得するお洒落なネ...
