タマダクレープ 葉山 — Restaurant in Hayama

This place is an absolute gem and deserves to be one of the top rated cafes/restaurants in Hayama! Delicious crepes made with fresh ingredients. The shop is in the DIY community building and it's really cool to see what they've done with the space. I live in Nagae and run the nearby cafe 'Little Burnaby' so I was excited to see another cozy business open up and provide some additional options to the community. Honestly one of the best crepes I've eaten and at very reasonable prices

葉山ステーションの裏に、可愛いクレープ屋さんが出来ていたので、行ってみました。

パリパリの生地が主役のクレープとのこと。 農薬不使用小麦粉全粒粉とギーを使って焼くそうです。 ランチタイムだったので、私はサラダクレープのスモークチキンをオーダー。 美味しかったから、シンプルクレープという、生地のみクレープ（シナモンシュガー乗せ）もおかわりしました。 はあ、流石にお腹いっぱい！ 自家製梅ソーダも、ミント珈琲も美味しかったです。
