葉山 福ふく — Restaurant in Hayama

A tucked in place in Hayama for those who like great traditional sushi with serinity to go with it. This is a very quaint place that uses seasonal locally caught fish to set the stage for fine dining while mixing traditional and modern motifs. This is a very intimate place, you will find 6 chairs at the counter and table for 4. This place offers parking but you will have to drive a block pass the restaurant and once you see the shop "Ride", a parking lot right after it will have three spots for the restaurant. All in all this is a good treat for those who are looking for traditional food in an environment of calmness...

最初はカーブのすぐ先でわからず通り過ぎちゃったけど、綺麗なお店♡今日は上の娘が父とあたしと下の娘にご飯をご馳走してくれました(^^)

4人がけテーブル席１つ、カウンター席6席のそんなに大きくないお店。綺麗だけどもうここに移転してから10年経つとのこと。

みんなで特上にぎりを注文して、それぞれ好きなものを頼むようにしました(^^)あたしはウニと牛の炙りをチョイス。

もうね、何から伝えればいいのやら。。一貫一貫のクオリティが高すぎて。。素晴らしすぎる！全てにお醤油やお塩で味をつけてくれているのでお醤油いらずです。見た目もとても美しい♡♡

あたしが左利きなのをすぐに聞き取り、取りやすいような向きにしてくれたり、娘のワサビの量を無理のないように入れてくれたり、会話もすごく気さくにしてくれたりで本気で大将のファンになってしまったので一緒に写真も撮ってもらいました♡

2024.06.24、19時から「帰れマンデー」に出るらしいのでとても楽しみです(^o^)大橋和也さん、大栄翔さん、飛猿さん、タカ&トシのタカさんが座った席だと思ったらなんだか光栄な気持ちになりました(^o^)笑
