After visiting Kawaguchiko, we were eager to see the iconic view of Mt. Fuji with Hamaya Lighthouse and Torii Gate at Shin-nase Beach in Kamakura. While the weather didn't cooperate (Mt. Fuji was hidden behind thick clouds), the scenic drive along the coast was still worth it.
Compared to the crowded and chaotic Shichirigahama, Shin-nase Beach was a peaceful oasis. The remote location and serene atmosphere made for a lovely experience, even without the perfect view of Mt. Fuji.
