Probably one of the best pizza and pasta I have had in Japan! Very small cozy pizza-joint in Hayama. First the salad alone will bring you back again and again.. Mama's dressing on the Green Salad is the best I have had!! Pizzas are small but great tasting! Recommend the mushroom pepperoni!! Pasta is al dente and sauce is homemade. Recommend the carbonara !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this awesome local spot in Hayama (apologies for my amateur photography)...

Love the seafood mix pizza and peperoncino spaghetti! The restaurant is really small (only 12 seats, I think). It gets really crowded during dinner time, people were lining up outside when I went there last week. So it's better to make a reservation in advance!

「地だこのガーリックオイルトマト風味」¥1,100 と「ランチサラダ+ドリンクセット」¥400 を頂きました。こちらは葉山で30年以上地域に根差した、地元の食材を使用したイタリアンが頂けるお店で、私が以前から愛読している喜多嶋隆さんの、小説にも登場していて気になっていたお店です。 2名卓×2と4名卓×2のこじんまりとしたお店で、店内に入ると一見寡黙だけど優しいお店の方が迎えてくれます。しらすのスパゲティーも気になりましたが、これから旬を迎える佐島あたりの地だこのスパゲティーをチョイス。最初にセットのサラダが出てきましたが、しっかり酸味が効いたドレッシングで、新鮮なお野菜とも良く合っています。そしてトマトがうんまい。これはスパゲティーのトマトソースにも期待が持てます。スパゲティーが卓上に届くとフワンと香るガーリックとトマトの香り。撮りながらお腹がくぅくぅと鳴ってしまいます。地ダコの弾力とジュワジュワな旨味に、ニンニクたっぷりのオイルとトマトソースが絡まり、ガツンと胃袋をつかまれる濃いめの美味しさで、まさに店名通りのファッティーズ。パスタの茹で加減もコシを残した程よい加減で、ソースとも絡みめちゃめちゃ美味しかった。他のメニューも気になるのでまた来なきゃ。店内はアートな雰囲気もあり過ごしていて落ち着きます。お支払いは現金のみです。バス停の森戸海岸からは徒歩3分位です。駐車場は葉山元町交差点に面した空き地っぽい所に、 3台分の駐車スペースが確保されています。

A very small shop, but it has a great atmosphere. I know the owner for more than 40 years. I usually eat spaghetti and in my opinion, there are very few places around, where you get THAT taste (and volume!). Prices are reasonable too. When I go there, I just need to say, "the usual, please" and the owner and his wife know...
