Restaurant Little Kitchen HA YA MA — Restaurant in Hayama

I was a bit hesitant but I am so delighted to have given it a try. The soba noodles are an original in-house specialty. Made on the spot makes them the best cold soba noodles I've had. The waitress is very kind and went out of her way to speak English. There is a set menu (some choices with pictures) which includes an appetizer, soba noodles with tempura (the broth is delicious) followed by dessert with either coffee or tea. The restaurant is a converted traditional structure overlooking a bit of a valley. I find it very quaint. Reservation required. Enough parking, but double up if going with friends....

Everything about this this experience was perfect. The music, theme, and setting all came together to make an authentic feeling atmosphere. 前々から気になっていたので職場の人と行ってみました(・∀・)

最初に出て来たのは籠に入った可愛い前菜3種。柿の白和え、鶏肉の甘酢漬け、卵豆腐などが入っていました。

お次はカボチャのスープ。濃厚で甘い中に生ハムの塩気がなんとも程よかったです。

次のカルパッチョは分厚いお刺身が幾重にも重なってまるでおフランス料理⭐︎バルサミコソースが意外にも合っていて美味しかった！

他のものもとても美味しかったのですが、今日の一品がなんとボロネーゼなので、ご飯を選んだ人はちょっときついかも。。全部美味しかったけどね(^^)

ここの売りはなんと言ってもスイーツビュッフェ。運ばれて来たスイーツを3種選んで盛り付けてくれます。もうこの頃にはお腹パンパンですがとても美味しかったです。コーヒーが苦手な人は紅茶も選べます。それぞれおかわりできるようにポットを用意してくれていました。

駐車場はひとテーブルにつき1台でお願いしますと言われたそうなので乗合で。お支払いは、クレジットカードにすると手数料とられるみたいなので現金にしました！ちなみにこの葉山コースは4200円でした。

タバコは外でのみ吸えるそうです。とっても美味しかったし、最後はお庭の説明とかしてくれて楽しかったけど接...
