The quality of Galbi, I dont think it was that good; flavorful demo too much fat and I didnt like paying 1900yen for that much fat. Koean tea, bugolgi, seaweed soup was pretty good. The chocolate ice cream rolls were the best part; coco powered chocolate that you let dissolve in your mouth...reminded me of German...cant remember the name of it, but it's freakin bomb! the servers were very attentive and the restaurant had nice...

近くに来たので、丁度晩の時間の為、訪問。水冷麺とチヂミのセットを注文しました、1360円程です。

チヂミは焼き具合が絶妙でカリカリで量も多く、美味しく、満足でした。冷麺スープは薄味で若干物足りなさを感じますが、トンチミ(大根の水キムチ)スープがよく発酵し、深みを感じます、お酢を入れる事によりその深さが際立ちます。韓国食品店で売っている甘酸っぱく味付けされている冷麺とは違い、本来の冷麺に近い味だと思いました。

色々なガラス張りのショーケースに興味深い色々な展示品や、キムチ漬けの様子を表現した人形等がありましたが、客席がある為、見学が難しいのが、残念です。

韓国食品や書籍、キムチ、お茶のコーナーがあり、とても楽しいですし、料理を待つ間に時間を潰す事が出来ます。ラーメンやコチュジャンは、新大久保よりは少々割高ですが、高麗川駅からの交通費を考えると、こちらで購入しても良いのかなと思います。但し、とある一種類のコチュジャンだけ新大久保の2倍近くの値段でしたので、これは少し高いかなと思いした。
