Yayoiken Higashihiroshima — Restaurant in Higashi Hiroshima

I have heart about the Mizutaki for the first time when I visited Fukuoka. It is said that this course is originally from Fukuoka and it is very popular. While walking in the YouMe town in Saijo, I was surprised the see this food was in the banner in front of the restaurant. I was surprised because I used to try looking for this food many times in Fukuoka, but I was not lucky enough to enjoy this food because it was during new year days; therefore, the most restaurant were closed and even some restaurants were open, there are many people waiting.

So, I went to this restaurant in YouMe and ordered a set of Mizutaki. I don't know what the original tastes like. But for me, I feel that the taste of the soup I ate was so delicious. It was different from normal soup or sabusabu. I enjoy the food so much and am very satisfied with this set menu.

For the restaurant, the atmosphere is very very nice. The space is very big and the service is also convenient. We can order the food by a machine in which English is available. In addition, the rice is refilled!
