Koufukuidoya — Restaurant in Hikone

At the end of a visit to the Kansai Region of Japan we visited this twelve seat counter style restaurant which has been operating in Hikone City for 7 years. The dishes were served by the Owner / Chef as a degustation of traditional, modern, and traditional with a creative twist, prepared before you.
