PRONTO - Himeji Station — Restaurant in Himeji

With so much luggage after traveling through Japan and South Korea, I was elated to find Pronto Café conveniently located right next to the Shinkansen. Despite the language barrier, the staff didn't speak English and I don't speak Japanese—we communicated effortlessly through gestures, pointing, and the universal language of smiles 😊.

Our breakfast was fresh and delicious, just what we needed to start the day. The staff was incredibly hardworking and attentive. One young lady moved swiftly to clear trays and wipe down the counters and glass surfaces—it was spotless!

A warm atmosphere, great service, and a perfect stop...

新人？（多分）の教育ができてないお店です。

前のお客様のレジ打ちミスしたのかやり直し？してて注文を聞かれるまで10分以上待ったのに　その方からも横に居られた店長？からも「お待たせしました」の一言が一切なくいきなり注文を聞かれたので感じ悪かったです。 （当方も接客業で、お客様をお待たせするような仕事をしていますが、店員側の1分はあっという間ですがお客様側の1分って本当に長いのであの態度はどうかと思います）

コラボカフェをテイクアウトで利用しましたが、特典のコースターの配布が終了しているにも関わらず、 「特典終了しておりますが注文されますか？」など事前になにも確認がないのはなぜでしょうか？ そういう方針？？ 支払いが終わりドリンクを提供された後にこちらから確認したら「終了しました」は有り得ないです。 コースター目当てではないので諦めましたが、場合によっては詐欺です。
