This was a wonderful shopping experience. I must have spent at least 2-3 hours in the fine china and dish ware department. The ladies were most helpful and lovely, especially Ms. Sumita. I also made purchases in the Swarovski store for Christmas gifts. The two ladies were very nice and patient with me. Oh, I also purchased a McGregor cap for myself were I had some problem with my credit card. Again, the sales lady was very understanding and helped me to correct the problem. I spent so much time here and it was too late that I missed going into the Castle and had to get back to Kobe. I truly recommend San-yo Department Store in Himeji, Japan.
