世界遺産の中尊寺では金色堂を見学した後、「松栄堂 弁慶園」で弁慶餅（200円）をいただきました。 店頭でお餅を焼いている行列に吸い寄せられて並ぶと、焼き立てのお餅にフィルムを包装して渡してくれます。 店内や軒先に長椅子があるので、そこで食べられます。 弁慶餅は、ふっくらした粘り気のあるお餅に、醤油ベースの濃厚なタレがたっぷりかけられています。 クルミの風味も感じられ、THE...

店員さんが「百円玉が不足しています。金額丁度でお願いします」を連呼していた。注文してから気付いたが決済は現金のみ。財布を開くと百円玉がない(既に商品を受け取っている)。仕方ないので札を出すと、しかめっ面とため息混じりで「百円玉が無いんですよ！」とのたまう。 知らんがな！お釣りを多めに準備するとか、キャッシュレスにするとか方法はいくらでもあろうに。 せっかく...

ごまでこんなに黒いの？ と思ったら、ちゃんと竹墨で色付けしているそうです。 でもお陰で、口の中も唇も気がついたら真っ黒（笑）
