BEST MEAL of our 8 day trip!!

We visited the Hirakata T-site from Osaka and was looking for lunch, we decided to look for local shops instead of the on-site modernized restaurants, and decided on this place because it's a very short walk.

We were surprised by the waiting line, all locals! but the staff could communicate in English.

Normally I wouldn't be looking for tomato based ramen but oh boy, it's sooooo good. The flavour was perfect. It's halfway between normal thick soup (pork bone broth) and tomato spaghetti, but in a good way.

Me and my wife queued up for the best reviewed places in Osaka every day to try the best/most reviewed places, and after every meal, we talked about which place/meal we liked most, and it's always this tomato ramen. My wife is very small and normally she couldn't finish a normal portion anywhere we go, but she finished her bowl here, not because it's small but because it was that delicious!

I have been living in Hirakata for the last few months and come here at least once a week. It is absolutely incredible. The most unique, flavorful ramen I have ever had. I have tried every one of their tomato ramen options (regular, grilled cheese, cheese bread, spicy red pepper) and they are all amazing. Cheese bread tomato ramen is my favorite though. The workers here are all so nice and accommodating to English speakers. They even recently created an English menu. One thing to note is it is cash only, but there are ATMs nearby. Back in 2018 when i believe they opened not a single japanese person believed that such place existed and even if it did that it would be a japanese place. And the word spread like wild fire, the ques were growing everyday! 😁 The thing was amazing! So much you can do when you let your fantasy and cooking skills be free and still follow the local cuisine spirit! That was a great experience!!!...
