French Cuisine Che Ange — Restaurant in Hirosaki

This is my favorite restaurant. Not only is the food wonderful (my wife and I go here in special occasions; the price it's of course higher than casual dining places, but still very reasonable considering the quality), but the chef always cold things that I can eat. I have celiac disease, so I need to eat gluten free - no wheat, no soy sauce - and the chef always makes wonderfully delicious things for me. Made a reservation two weeks prior to visiting. The staff weren't eloquent in English so we had to use Google translate. They insisted we didn't make a reservation even when we showed them the confirmation email.
