特に、手すりおろしの蓮根まんじゅうと、ほろほろの豚肉、柚子の香りが印象的。 最後にいただいた味噌プリンも絶品で、心まで満たされるランチタイムでした。

庚午中学校近くにある、おむすびと豚汁のお店です。

前菜おむすび豚汁セットを頼みました。 料理はオーダーが入ってから、シェフが丁寧に一品一品作っています。 行った時ほぼ満席でしたが、豚汁さえも目の前で空の鍋で一から作っておられました！！ チェーン店なんかに多い濃い味ではなく、上品な味付けで、こだわりの出汁や素材の味を堪能できました。 おむすびや豚汁といった家庭料理をここまで昇華させるとはスゴイですね。

個人的には、おむすびがもっと大きいと満足なのですが、多くの客が女性で、お店のコンセプト的にも最適サイ...
