Great food and has a salad bar too. I found that they also have a medium-spice salsa at the salad bar as well as a garlic tomato sauce. I think it's meant for the steak, but being from Southern California, I made tacos salad instead. It was very delicious.
Their steaks are very nice, it's usually served rare and you are given a mini grill stone to finish the steak as you like. I really like that because I enjoy my steak between rare and medium-rare. However, recently they served the steak on a full skillet, which completely overcooked my steak. I ended up asking for a separate plate and moved everything to that instead. I was very very disappointed in the plating choice at that time. You should NEVER serve steak on a FULL SKILLET plate! It ruins the steak!
As long as they don't plan to change all of the steaks to be served on full skillet plates, I will continue to come back... But if they decide to change all their plates to full skillet types, you will lose me as a long-term customer. I will gladly pay for a properly treated steak... But if it is mistreated, you do not understand steak and should not be in the steak business.
One other issue I saw last time was that a child WITHOUT A MASK was sticking their head UNDER the sneeze guard at the salad bar, right in front of the staff. However the staff didn't say a word about it. I ended up having to call out to the child to tell him not to put his head UNDER the...

おばさん店員が食べた量を叫ぶ非常識な接客。店員が可部クオリティ。連れと二人でカットステーキ食べ放題の日に来店、カットステーキとドリンクバーを頼み一時間近く食事。退店しようと立ち上がると、近くにいた化粧の濃い白塗りのおばさん店員が大声で「ええ！？もう帰るんですか？2~3回しか頼んでないのに？いいんですか？」と叫んできました。おかわりの度に一人前ずつなんて食べたうちに入らないので、数人前分ずつ頼んでてかれこれ10人前食べたのですが、それを監視してて大声で指摘はちょっと驚きました。最初に席に着いた時はこのおばさんでしたが、おかわりは他の店員が持ってきたんですよね。だから回数しかわからず食べた量を知らなかったようです。それでお節介なのか統合失調症なのか、あんな大声で客の食べた量を叫ぶというのは...女性客が来る度に減ってる理由がわかる気がしました。立ち振舞いからリーダーかチーフみたいなので、苦情を言ったところで意味がないと思いそのまま退店。可部は変な人が多いと聞きますが、あんなおばさんが現場仕切ってる店だったとは...。親切丁寧な接客をしようとして、客に嫌がられる店員だと思いました。女性だけで来ていた他のテーブルの客も、同じように叫ばれると恐れたのかおばさんを凝視していました。連れも微妙にひいていたので、多分他の店を候補に挙げて行かなくするつもりです。普通の接客ができる類似ジャンルの外食...
