2019年4回行きました。ハッピーセット２個を３回頼みましたが３回とも同じおもちゃが２個で子どもは〝また同じー、、、‘’とガッカリ。さすがに３回とも同じだとガッカリもするよなと可哀想になりました。また、内１回はシェイクの味間違え、内１回は商品入れ忘れがありました。忙しいのは分かりますが2回に1回はミスがあるとなるとチェックの仕方とか変えた方が良いのでは？と思います。11/30の11:30過ぎにドライブスルーに行った際の対応していた男性店員さんが早口で聞き取りにくかったです。喋り方も冷たいというかトゲがある感じで少し気になりました。商品を貰う時に目の前に居たので聞こえてきましたが次の方も聞き直していました。忙しいと焦ってしまうかもしれませんが早口だと聞き取りにくく結果聞き直されて余計に時間がかかると思います。同日商品を渡して下さった少しふくよかな目の大きい女性店員さんは感じが良かったです。子どもは好きなのでこれからも利用はすると思いますが現状のままだ...
