ここは日本とネパールの境界と考えた方が良いです。心なしか、チョモランマのベースキャンプ風な装飾になって参りました。 作り置きせずに、オーダーを受けてからカレーを作ります。最高です。厨房の方は、インドのコルカタの方もいますから、ネパール＋インド人のお店です。ビールにハートランドがあるのはポイント高いです。あと月一くらいでビリヤニ作ってます。 日本料理屋とは違って、ちょっとした交渉と効きます。この感じが居心地良いです。 Here is the boundary btw Japan and Nepal. The interior’s getting resemblance to base camp at Chomolungma. Curry will be cooked after your order (they don’t use meal prep), so the taste is absolutely good. Actually some cook is Indian, the restaurant comprise of Nepal and Indian. This is my own favorite point, Heartland beer is stocked. They cook Biryani once a month. You can negotiate a little thing with them and it’s make me good feeling/comfortable because other Japanese restaurant cannot afford this. ただ、おいしすぎるが為でしょうか…近所の病院に勤めているらしきドクターや看護師、お連れの女性たちの野暮なバカ騒ぎが目に余ります。 店長さんにとっては大切なお客様ですから、無碍にできないのも納得できますが、 大声で人種差別や女性蔑視的な発言をするドクターが騒ぐ中食事は難しいと判断した別のお客様方は次々とテイクアウトに切り替えています…。 ビリヤニの日は特にお客様が減りました。心が痛いです。 お酒も美味しいお店なので残念です。
