A place out in the middle of nowhere with over 200 reviews... Yes, it is really that good, I came here for ice cream and got what I wanted! It was very smooth and the taste was just right and not too strong! I recommend this to anyone! The Udon is also something to try, but I was of course too early to the place, during off season and missed my chance. Either way, without even trying it, I know it will be good... 山梨の郷土料理といえば「ほうとう」ですよね。ここはそのほうとうが食べれるお店で有名な小作、山梨には何軒かあります。
初めに言っておくと、ほうとうのボリュームは凄いです。
3人で行き、1人一つずつ頼んだ上に、小豆ぼうとうまで頼んでしまい、うっぷげっぷで動けなくなるほどでした。
もちろん味は美味しいです。わらびやきのこが乗っていたり山幸を感じられるとともに山梨のもてなしの懐のデカさに驚きました。
小豆ほうほう、というのはぜんざいの餅の代わりに、ほうとうの麺が入ってるものでスイーツ感覚で楽しめます。もちろんご自宅でも茹で小豆とほうほう麺で作れるので、メインでお腹いっぱいになってしまったら家で試してみてください。
さて、そうなるとシェアが良いですね。足りなければ追加すればよいので。

You know the folk and traditional food in Yamanashi is “Houtou” which is thick noodle in a Japanese nabe stew.
You can enjoy it there or other Kosaku chains in Yamanashi.
At first I say amount of the dish is a lot for usual people that we took one each and also sweet one as a share and we ware full like overflow.
However it’s delicious. Warabi(wild edible plant) and mushrooms as representing richness of the soil also hospitality of Yamanashi.
Azuki Houtou was a sweet dish like houtou noodle in sweet beans paste was yummy too.
So totally I recommend to share the dish with your companies and you can order more if y’all still...
