Good bakery with nice selection of sweet and savory bakes. As you walk in, I was warmly welcomed by a simultaneous chant in Japanese by the staff. Plenty of seating on the covered patio to sit down when to the left of the cashier when exiting. They only accept PayPay and cash. Very nice touch that they have free black coffee, barley tea, and lemon water by the condiment area. There is also a toaster to warm up baked. The Wifi was fast and reliable. The bathroom was clean. There’s a steady amount customers but for good reason. If you want they also have a restaurant/cafe that serves meals...

Fomos em cinco pessoas tomar café da manhã no Ohana Bakerys Kitchen em Saitama, a convite de um casal de amigos que já conheciam o local. Logo na chegada ficamos encantados com o espaço: ambiente bonito, aconchegante e com boa estrutura para receber famílias e grupos de amigos.

Um ponto muito positivo foi o acesso para deficientes. O esposo da minha amiga estava de muletas devido a um acidente, e conseguimos circular com tranquilidade. Isso fez toda a diferença para que todos pudessem aproveitar o momento juntos.

A variedade de pães impressiona — doces, salgados e opções criativas que agradam a todos os gostos. Cada um de nós escolheu algo diferente e todos ficamos satisfeitos tanto com o sabor quanto com a apresentação. Além disso, existe a possibilidade de aproveitar o café e outras bebidas no próprio local, o que torna a experiência ainda mais acolhedora.

Foi uma manhã deliciosa, com atendimento atencioso e um ambiente que transmite cuidado em cada detalhe. Um lugar que vale a pena conhecer e revisitar!

周囲に勧められて来店

好みの問題もあるんでしょうけど、味の感想を一言にすると「本庄では美味しい方なんじゃない？」 強いてまでおすすめするほどでは無いかなと。 一応本庄でパン屋を探すなら味はいい方だと思います

☆2の理由は味ではなくて店員。

他に言ってる方も居ますが、店員が酷い。 店内に店員6人くらい見えるけど何してんの?ってくらい

愛想皆無。やる気も皆無。

別に愛想振りまけとは言わないけど、某店員特に態度酷くないですか? それに店員ほぼ全てが愛想無しって、それってパン屋でそれはどうなの…？と思いました。 外国では云々とか店には店の色んなやり方があるという考えの方もいらっしゃるとは思いますが、ここは日本で、しかも接客業ですよ？と

もしかしてコロナ対策でお客さんに対してのみレジ等での挨拶禁止にしてるんですかね?飲食店ですものね。でもオタクのパン、対策以前に陳列剥き出しですよね？緊急事態宣言も終わりましたよ。まともな接客しませんか？

大きなお世話かもしれないですが勿体無いなぁと思いました

因みに、他の方が言ってる通りレジのとある女性の方は地雷です。レジ通してる最中ですら購入を考え直して帰りたくなります。しかし男性の方が良いと言うわけでもありませんが…。ロクなやついねぇなこの店。

とりあえずまあ味はまあまあだったので☆2で。
