The food at this chain Italian restaurant never disappoints no matter which restaurant you eat at. However the service at this particular branch wasn't very good. One waitress in particular really had to put forth an effort to be even moderately courteous in her tone and mannerisms. When I push the button to notify the staff that we were ready to order apparently someone had put the wrong button on our table. When she came to replace the button that also holds all the menus in it she replaced it but then didn't put it back in its place and left it along with the menus towards the middle of the table. Surprised I looked up at her as she walked away and did it myself. This unenthusiastic attitude continued throughout dinner. When it came time for coffee after dinner, it was promptly served. No problem there. The problem came as we patiently wait for over 10 minutes for our desserts. The restaurant wasn't busy at all and there were several open tables at the time.
