TAQUITO JAPAN — Restaurant in Ichikawa

This is hands down the best Mexican food I have had in Japan. It's authentic, fresh and absolutely delightful. I had the beef burrito and pico de gallo with chips. If you've ever had Mexican food in Southern California, you can tell how good a place will be by their pico de gallo. It was simply excellent. Afterwards taking my first bite into the burrito made me feel like I was eating food from back home. I am very glad I found this place and can't wait to go back again.

On another note, the owners who run the shop are very nice and said if there is anything I'd like, to let them know. It was a delight learning about their time spent outside Japan and talking about Mexican food. If you visit the shop, not only will you enjoy the food but also the company of the owners.

If you live in the Edogawa/Ichikawa area, this is THE place to find a little part of Mexico in our backyard.

A little Ichikawa treasure. The food, atmosphere and staff will take you to Mexico. This kids-friendly restaurant makes you feel at home.

The dishes are well priced and you will not get this quality of Mexican food in many places. Delicious. The chef really puts his heart into his work. The well-varied menu has something for everyone. Though there is no separate kids menu, there is no need for one. Children can easily enjoy the food with their parents.

Without a doubt you will have many questions and the friendly staff (who speak Japanese, English and Spanish) are more than happy to chat with you. After your first visit, you will feel like you've been there so many times.
