I had my second lesson with Touma today, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding support from everyone involved. Halfway through the lesson, I realized I had dropped my phone somewhere. I rushed back to the cafe to call my dad and track it down, while Touma retraced the runs we had taken. On our way back, another instructor kindly helped by calling my phone to see if anyone had picked it up. Once at the cafe, two staff members graciously allowed me to use their phones to reach my dad, who informed me that the phone was moving toward the cafe. Thanks to Touma's efforts, he had found my phone!

the team here provide vitally needed warm hot chocolate and high quality coffee When you’re escaping from the conditions outside. it’s always very busy buzzing with activity inside the cafe and it’s very handy that they have a glove warming area that gives you a little bit of extra heat when you head back out on the slopes the best bit here is the English language ski school - I had some absolutely fantastic instructors who improved my skiing game dramatically. A brilliant school to learn with. We booked 3 days private lessons at the start of the season and Madarao had not had enough snow to open yet. Aki bussed us to a different resort for the first 2 days until Madarao opened so that we didn't miss out. Our instructor, Izzie, was superb. She expertly differentiated our lessons as the 3 of us learnt at different paces and was incredibly positive and patient throughout. Once Madarao opened we got to experience Aki's place which is right on the slope and serves great pizza, coffee and beer. All round highly...
