A wonderful restaurant very popular with students! Wait times can vary significantly, so if you are in a rush I'd try to avoid overlapping with Osaka University's lunch break. This restaurant is a short walk from Osaka University's Toyonaka campus, and many students visit for lunch. When I studied abroad at Osaka me and my classmates went about once a week. One of favorite curry places to go to. Their unlimited nan/rice is a great extra service which they provide. The restaurant waiting time can vary from zero minutes to an hour, as the place is very popular for local students as well. However, the popularity is simply justified, as the taste of their curries is the best we have ever had. The price of a set is about 800 to 1000 yen, and includes nan/rice (unlimited), salad and a drink. The staff is very friendly and can speak both Japanese and English.
