最近は、席についてからモバイルオーダーで注文します。 店員さんも食券を取りに来ませんが、お水ももらえません(T_T) 結局お水無しで店を出ます…少し悲しい。 4年くらい前までは、西梅田の桜橋交差点近くの松屋へ、仕事のある日は、毎日くらい行っていました。 当時、豚汁が大好きでしたが、最近のこちらのお店では、豚のプリプリジューシー感が無くなったようや気がします😃 あと、いつも19時過ぎくらいに行きますが、客席の食べ後の配膳が、全く片付けられていない様子を目の当たりにして…ちょっとビビってしまいます😆

年配の男性お二方が対応されてました。いつも行く時とは違って、席には店を出た人が食べたお盆が置きっぱなしで、座れる席もありませんでした。何匹かのハエが飛びみわっており、清潔感がありませんでした。

しばらく立っていると、食券を渡すように言われました。席を片付ける様子がなかったので、自分の座るところを作ってもらうようお願いしました。

オーダーを待つ間、水が出されなかったので、オーダーが来た時に、お水をお願いしました。そのうち提供されるかと思いましたが、食べ切るまでに提供されることはありませんでした。

こんな対応をされたのは初めてです。おいしいはずのご飯もこのような対応をされるとおいしくいただけません。次からは他の店員さん...

何度も利用したのですが、だんだん不味くなっています。店員の質低下からくるのでしょうが、牛丼がとにかく醤油辛く食べきると明らかに塩分過多になりそうで途中で箸を置きました。 また、提供された水のカップにネギが付着していても、店員は気づきません。店内も清潔感はありません。 川西能勢口の松屋を利用したところ、本当に同じチェーン店かと思うほどに、肉は柔らかく異様に醤油辛いこともなく、石橋駅前店で長く不味い牛丼を食べていたと再認識しました。 向かいの松の家はきれいに清掃されていそうで、味にムラもないので、...
