This sushi restaurant is run by an elderly couple. They are so nice and they welcome foreign tourists. Although they cannot speak English, they do have an English menu where you can just point in what you want and order. They have “assorted nigiri” which is a set containing 8 pieces of nigiri, and the prices range from ¥1k (regular) to ¥2k6 (chef specialty). They also give us a hot towel and a cup of hot green tea which is so fragrant. If you cannot eat wasabi, please say “Wasabi wa taberaremasen” (I cannot eat wasabi), so they will not add wasabi to the nigiri. It’s a place to chill and eat.
