Tontaro Imabari-Higashi — Restaurant in Imabari

¥750 for recommended Miso Ramen. Can choose to put garlic or not, however I don’t know how they put the garlic as it is not visible in mine. So there was some confusion at first.

The ramen is good with the miso soup, very strong taste. The pork however is only 2 small pieces so the name of the shop seems not valid.

I also did not enjoy the egg as I could taste it has been cooked quite some time, maybe from a central kitchen?

After all, I do appreciate the hot bowl of ramen when I am starving,...

中学生だったかなぁ？織田が浜で泳いだ帰りに寄っては豚太郎のラーメン頂いてました。(喜田村に有った時は大好きで中学生だからお金も無いのに頑張って通ってた。) バイパスに移って直ぐに行った時は「ん〜！あれ？味変わった？」ってなって最近まで行って無かったんだけど・・・ この前行って来ました。 喜田村に有った時に近い味になってるじぁない(笑) 自分が頼んだのは大好きな味噌ラーメンだったのだけどモヤシの水切りをもう少ししてくれたら前の味に近いかなぁ〜！って言うのは最初レンゲでスープを飲んだ時は「美味いコレコレ」って思ったわだけど麺食べ進めているうちにスープが薄く感じてくる様に思えます。あくまで個人の意見なのですが、モヤシの水分が多すぎかな？ 昔のラー...
