This place is by far the best steak in all of Japan. They serve Apple beef steak which is better than Wagyu and real Kobe. The cows are raised in incredibly clean environments that even a human could live in. They are fed fresh apples and mountain water and live a good life. The chef is very kind and teaches us about the origins of the cow and how they are raised.
I just spent $350 on a top steak in Kobe but this restaurant was MUCH MUCH better at a much lower price. I will come back to Japan just for this family owned restaurant. Thank you so much!
