Great service, great food. The chef speaks enough english, so that he can explain the food and talk to you. The waiters not so much but it was easy using a translator app. I don´t think a lot of foreigners come here, which is what we were looking for, so that was great. It is only a short walk from shopping street...

地域のミシュラン選出、2025年時点で開店12年目らしい。こんなところに？といいたくなる場所にあるが、評判なのだろう、よく繁盛している。 ランチの賑わう時間に訪ねると、大将独りで板場を切り盛りしていて、大変に忙しそう。それは仕方がないが、見ているこちらまで、せわしない気持ちになるのは残念だった。 一番高いランチを選んだが、小さめの刺身盛り、サラダが大型化、茶碗蒸しがついて、ちょっとした小鉢が付く。握りのネタも違うのだろうが、安いのとの差は、そのくらいに見受けられた。安いランチと単品で好きなものを頼むのもありかもしれないが、握りで充分お腹いっぱい。 ネタはよく、握り加減も良く、流石と思わせるものだった。年かさの女性の接客は上品で値段にふさわしいが、、若い方の接客はぎこちなくていただけなかった そして、現金のみは、単価から考...
