Venue: There are seats under shelter in the outdoor waiting area. We walked in early on Friday, and we can choose Japanese Tatami Mat or table dining. Spacious. Decorated in Japanese style. Bright, clean, and tidy. Self-service corner at the rear. Self-check out machines at the entrance, also it also connected to their souvenir shop and a takeaway foodstall. We can buy their prawn crackers and soup in the souvenir shop. Reservation is recommended for weekend and holiday lunch. ---- 8/10 Service: Good service. They were nice, polite, helpful, and friendly. To be seated. Waitpersons can speak English. Briefly introduced how to place orders by using tablets and the self-service counter. English/ other languages menu is available. Got hot roasted tea and hot tasting soup at the self-service counter. There was fish soup and lobster soup for free tasting on the day of the visit. Food served fast. We were given a discount card for shopping their souvenir shop (5% off) or takeaway stall (beef/ abalone skewers). --- 9/10 F&B: various Ise famous food on the menu, like Matsusaka beef and Ise ebi. Good presentation. Normal portion. Reasonable prices.

  1. Wyebiya's All-in-one set meal, Ultimate (Kiwami), ¥5478 (inc tax) --- 8/10: The set tray was attached with a sheet to describe the food in Japanese. The waitress introduced how to use the sauces when served. A half grilled Japanese spiny lobster: a bit dry. Mini Local fish Tekonezushi Meal: there were various fresh raw fish and cookd egg. Can add soy sauce (beige pot) if you like. Abalone skewer, add butter sauce (red pot) if you like. Tender. Preferred adding some sauce. Seared Roasted Beef Sushi: Add sauce (brown pot) if you like. Seared marble Matsusaka beef sushi Two beefs looked alike. I couldn't distinguish. Still look raw. Melted in my mouth. So good. Ise udon noodles: coat the udon with sauce when it's warm. Very soft undon. Good. Urchin & Salmon Roe Mochi coated with soy powder. Pickles

  2. 15g Urchin and Matsusaka beef Tekonezushi, ¥4048 (incl tax): This set also included 2 pickles, miso soup, and...

Had lunch here. We ordered the ise-ebi which was delicious. What was really cool was that after you finished with the body, they took the head and made a soup with it.

They also had a more advanced tech than a lot of Japanese places. Our ordered from a tablet which is not rare, but it was the first time I had seen the tablet menu be laid out exactly like the physical menu, making it very easy to navigate.

They also had these rectangles on the tables that could be used to call a server to your table. Unlike a button that just calls a server to your table, this one was set up so that depending on what you had facing up, you could communicate what you wanted. For example, one side was to ask for more water, another was to ask for plates to...

We visited Ise Jingu when a typhoon was hit during our vacation. We were soaking wet when we explored the shrine and needed a place to dry off and eat something. Some stores and restaurants closed earlier due to the weather but this restaurant welcomed us. They offered us some Dashi(lobster, vegetables and fish based soup) samplers so we sipped them during our meals and these Dashi made us warm. We ordered the beef bowl and sea bream which both were good. Enjoyed it while the storm was going on. The service was very nice and polite but we felt a little guilty that they didn't go home yet. We would recommend this restaurant especially if you are...
