My husband and I spent four nights in Ito and decided to stop there on the day before we left. We wish we had stopped sooner to try all the plant-based ice creams. We had vanilla pumpkin and vanilla potato, and they were delicious. We also tried the ice-cold brew coffees. Our favorites were the Geisha and Sunny Orange.

If you're in the area and looking for a modern coffee place with a cute outdoor backdrop for your social media photos/videos, it's worth checking out.

We also bought plenty of their invidual coffee drip sachets for family and friends back in Australia. It makes for a great gift.
