As we entered the restaurant, we immediately felt like we walked in a local restaurant in Polignano a Mare. The atmosphere was amazing and the chef welcomed us with such warmth. My wife and I ordered different dishes and shared both. I got the Spaghetti Carbonara and my wife ordered the chicken cooked in lemon and garlic sauce. I can't remember the name of the dish, but it was truly amazing. The Spaghetti Carbonara was delicious. All the ingredients were prepared and cooked to perfection. The Spaghetti was al dente, the egg and cheese mixture was combined with such finesse and the bacon... It topped everything. The bacon usually kills the dish and makes it too salty, along with the cheese, but this was a hit, very well calculated mixture of salt. Best Italian food that I’ve had on this side of the world!

Starting with the basics: There’s parking out in front! there’s indoor seating there’s an English menu available

Now onto the food! We ordered the carbonara and the pollo. The carbonara was not too heavy (some places put oo much heavy cream) and really tasty. Not salty like some dishes with bacon can be. The pollo was heavenly. The chicken was infused with garlic and lemon flavor, without it being overwhelming. It wasn’t over or under cooked. Just perfect to give the best texture. It wasn’t chewy or hard, just perfect!

We’ve been all over Japan, and have not had an Italian meal that good ANYWHERE else including many restaurants in Tokyo!

We hadn’t eaten all day and the dinner at Spasso not only saved our lives, but also gave us utmost satisfaction. We ordered a lot of food as we were extremely hungry, and everything was so delicious and authentic. The bolognese pasta was cooked to perfection and it must have been the best bolognese pasta I had tried (and it was not just my hunger talking). We also loved the cozy atmosphere and the impeccable service. We could tell how much effort and dedication the owners must have put into this. And the price was surprisingly cheap compared to the amount and quality of our meal. We highly recommend this Italian restaurant and we will go back there if we have a chance to...
